Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as cosmetics, undergarments, and clearance products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit or bank transfer will be offered.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color variations (subject to availability).
  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
