Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as cosmetics, undergarments, and clearance products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit or bank transfer will be offered.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or color variations (subject to availability).
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
